The below poems and prose are a
sampling from my collection. The imagery from the "Hour of Separation" poem is
taken from various pictures that I took from cemeteries. The
only image not mine in this compilation is the church steeple. Winter, The Lovers and now On Salted Air were written as a recommendation from someone who said to create something that didn't rhyme-- so there you have it.

Here are some of my favorite poems by Edgar Allan Poe.
Ah! A new favorite: Charles Baudelaire. He lived at the same period of Poe so both have probably influence each other. Below are samples from his "The Flowers of Evil" collection (1857, 1861).
